Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Pranikas is operated by The Core Chapter Sdn Bhd (SSM Registration No. 202501020575 (1621988-P)). This Return, Exchange & Refund Policy explains how return, exchange, store credit, and refund requests are handled for orders placed through our website.

Please read this Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to purchases made through the Pranikas website, which is operated by The Core Chapter Sdn Bhd.

It sets out:

  • when a return or exchange request may be accepted;

  • when store credit may be issued;

  • when a refund to the original payment method may be provided; and

  • the conditions that must be met before any return, exchange, or refund request can be processed.

2. Return Request Period

Requests for returns or exchanges due to size, fit, preference, or change of mind must be submitted within 14 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted for non-fault-related reasons.

If an item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review and assist accordingly.

3. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange consideration, the item must:

  • be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered;

  • be in its original condition;

  • have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact, where applicable;

  • be free from perfume, deodorant marks, makeup stains, body odour, washing, damage, or visible signs of wear; and

  • be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Pranikas Shop reserves the right to decline any request where the returned item does not meet the conditions above.

4. Items Generally Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund

Unless there is an issue with the item received, the following items are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • sale items;

  • promotional items;

  • clearance items;

  • markdown items;

  • final sale items;

  • free gifts;

  • bundled promotional items;

  • customised items;

  • altered items;

  • made-to-order items; and

  • hygiene-sensitive items, including innerwear, shapewear, and similar personal-wear items.

Any exception remains subject to review and approval by Pranikas Shop.

5. Returns for Size, Fit, Preference, or Change of Mind

Where a return request is made because of:

  • incorrect size selected;

  • fit preference;

  • colour preference;

  • style preference; or

  • change of mind,

Pranikas Shop may, upon approval, offer:

  • an exchange; or

  • store credit.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided for returns based solely on size, fit, preference, or change of mind.

All such requests remain subject to return eligibility, item inspection, and stock availability.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you believe an item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For faster assessment, we recommend that you provide:

  • your order number;

  • clear photographs of the item received;

  • clear photographs showing the issue; and

  • photographs of the parcel packaging, where relevant.

Once the matter has been reviewed, Pranikas Shop may, where appropriate, offer one of the following:

  • a replacement;

  • an exchange;

  • store credit; or

  • a refund to the original payment method.

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue, product availability, and the outcome of our review.

7. Refunds to Original Payment Method

Refunds to the original payment method are generally considered only where:

  • the item received is confirmed to be faulty;

  • the item received is confirmed to be damaged;

  • the wrong item was sent by Pranikas Shop; or

  • a replacement, exchange, or other reasonable resolution is not available.

Refunds are not issued automatically and will only be processed once the request has been reviewed and approved.

Any approved refund will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

8. Store Credit

Store credit may be issued for approved returns, including approved non-fault-related returns and certain approved international order returns.

Store credit:

  • is issued only after the returned item has been received and passed inspection;

  • is non-transferable;

  • is not redeemable for cash; and

  • may be used for future purchases on the Pranikas website.

9. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to:

  • item eligibility;

  • successful inspection of the returned item; and

  • stock availability at the time the exchange is processed.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, Pranikas Shop may offer:

  • store credit; or

  • another item of similar value, where appropriate.

If the replacement item is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is priced lower, any balance may be issued as store credit.

10. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Customer-borne return shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs where the return is requested due to:

  • size selection;

  • fit preference;

  • style or colour preference; or

  • change of mind.

Pranikas-borne return shipping

Pranikas Shop may bear the appropriate return shipping cost where the item received is confirmed to be:

  • faulty;

  • damaged; or

  • incorrectly supplied.

We recommend using a trackable courier service for all approved returns. Pranikas Shop is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit where the courier is arranged by the customer.

11. Sale, Promotional, and Campaign Orders

Items marked as:

  • Sale;

  • Promo;

  • Clearance;

  • Markdown;

  • Final Sale; or

  • Campaign Special,

are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund for non-fault-related reasons.

If an issue is reported with the item received, the request will still be reviewed based on the circumstances.

12. International Orders

For international orders:

  • requests relating to size, fit, preference, or change of mind must be submitted within 14 days from the date the order is marked as delivered;

  • return shipping costs, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to be due to an error on our part;

  • original shipping charges are not refundable; and

  • customs duties and taxes paid are not refundable through Pranikas Shop.

Due to the higher shipping and handling costs involved, approved returns for international orders will generally be issued as store credit only, unless otherwise determined by Pranikas Shop.

International exchanges and resolutions may require additional processing time depending on destination and courier handling.

13. Returns Sent Without Prior Approval

Returns sent without prior approval and return instructions from Pranikas Shop may not be accepted or processed.

Customers are required to contact us first and wait for confirmation before sending any item back.

14. Return Inspection and Processing Time

Once a returned parcel is received, please allow approximately 5 to 10 working days for inspection and processing.

Where the request is approved:

  • exchanges will be processed subject to stock availability;

  • store credit will be issued after inspection; and

  • approved refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.

15. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, packed, or shipped.

If you require urgent assistance, please contact us as soon as possible. Any cancellation request received before dispatch will be reviewed at our discretion.

16. Unclaimed, Refused, or Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • refusal to accept the parcel; or

  • the parcel remaining unclaimed,

any redelivery charges or return-related courier fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

17. How to Submit a Request

To request a return, exchange, or review of an item issue, please contact us with the following details:

  • full name;

  • order number;

  • item(s) involved;

  • reason for the request; and

  • clear supporting photographs, where applicable.

18. Review and Final Determination

All return, exchange, store credit, and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Pranikas Shop reserves the right to make the final determination on whether a request is approved, based on the item condition, supporting information provided, product eligibility, and compliance with this Policy.

19. Policy Updates

Pranikas Shop may update or revise this Policy from time to time to reflect operational, service, or website changes. The latest version will always be published on our website.
